Michael Rollins
Michael is the resident “Loremaster”, frequently calling upon his knowledge of novels, lorebooks, videos, video games, and podcasts to help with Unraveled Archives design. He also writes the blog, manages social media, and helps with layout of the products and website—though mostly he just uses templates provided by the inestimable Caleb Willden! Every so often he translates products into Spanish, which he learned while serving a mission in Uruguay.
His first experience with D&D came decades ago from playing PC classics such as Icewind Dale, the Baldur’s Gate saga, Neverwinter Nights, and reading dozens of R.A. Salvatore’s Drizzt novels. Michael didn’t get the chance to actually play any tabletop role-playing games until late D&D 4e (an edition which he very much enjoys to this day), but he’s loved it ever since. He’s an avid reader and writer, and particularly enjoys the freedom of expression enabled in play-by-post gaming.
Uniquely among the Unraveled Archives crew, he has the great joy and privilege of being married to Summer, and raising three cute children with her while she bravely works her day job. Michael and Summer met playing D&D, and have enjoyed countless adventures together both at the gaming table and in real life.
